erminus' training offerings are designed to maximize both professional growth and company investment. Whether you and/or your company is interested in the PMI credential recognizing knowledge in program/project management principles or empowering you and your entire consulting team to successfully lead consulting engagements for your company, Terminus has a course designed for you.

Terminus' PMP® and PgMP® prep courses are designed to meet the needs of busy managers focused on achieving success in the minimum time frame. If you are up to the task, you can undertake a complete exam prep course in 4 days or less, (depending on the credential). There are 7+ contact hours scheduled for each day.

All classroom-training days include a combination of handouts, work group and individual exercises, lots of reading and Q&A sessions to help break up the intensity of the day. Each day also includes several small exams and evening readings. The courses conclude with a complete review session plus a practice examination for the specific credential targeted by the course.
